Paid for plus, downloaded content doesn’t work
Subscribed to the app, works great with internet, so I paid extra for the plus version which allows parents to download the content for offline play. BUT IT DOESNT WORK! The content appears to be downloaded when using the internet but the App just doesn’t load when there isn’t internet. Also, there’s no one button to download all content. You have to click into all ten units, each unit is 10 chapters, and manually click on every writing or puzzle game to actually download it. It’s like 1000 or more clicks if you wanna access all content offline. Tried to reach out for customer service for help but kept getting the automated response and no one can actually help out.
